GLIDER
1. The competition is open to any size or type of glider.

3. Models will fly in turn with a second model launching as quickly as is safe.
Each pilot must have a nominated timer & sighter. Next to fly retrieves the chute and line.
4. Target flight is 5 minutes from release to coming to rest. No “attempts” can be called even if there is a problem on launch and landing occurs within 1 minute.
5. A max is a 300pt flight score but 1 point will be deducted for every second over or under the target 5 minutes.
6. A line 15 metres long will be laid out from the target landing spot. Landing within
1m in any direction from the spot (measured from the spot to the closest point of the model) will score 50 points; within 5m will score 30 points, 10m will score 20 points & 15m will score 10 points.
Beyond 15m from the spot scores 0 landing points as will any interference with the model at landing – like flying into your or your mates leg!
