ANOTHER Glow Driver lost. This time it's in the pound. Saw it there today (Tuesday 20/7/10).

You flew yesterday col? I arrived at about 3:00 and the place was deserted. I was treated to some of the best flying I've had there. winds light / variable which improved the later it got until I could see no more. Had some fun flying my yak next to a big Heli with a go pro camera fitted. We were sure we had the "Money shot" with me in a wicked hover / torque roll into a rolling harrier circle around the camera but later realised the video battery was for the whole flight, so unfortunately there is no evidence of this amazing flying ;)

Oh, and i saw the glow driver still there when we closed up.

see you next time

Sorry I missed you Michael. I arrived early to do a few jobs round the place and then flew. It was a touch windy and landing in that WSW wind was...shall we say...challenging. All ended well with no fractures or bent pride. Left around 11.30am

Shame the camera missed the aerobatics. Would have been great video for the website. Glad to see the Yak still going well. Another day mate & we will be shoulder to shoulder on the flight line. You with the Yak & me with the Storch.
