Fieseler Storch

Postby cbuckley » 11 Mar 2010, 01:08

All is ready for the maiden. Just waiting for a decent day to chuck her in the air. Had to add over 600gms of lead up front to get the C of G even close! Thank God I put the elevator servos up near the cockpit & not down close to the tail as per the instructions. Powered by a Turnigy 26cc petrol two-stroke. Wingspan is 96" and all up weight is around 6.5kg. Looks like a stick insect. Is an aeroplane only a mother could love.
