A good 4 stroke option?

Postby PWMVO » 03 Aug 2009, 11:27

I am thinking about buying my first four stroke to go into a Hangar 9 Funtana X 50 ARF and I know that there are quite a few brands available these days with Saito and OS probably being the better options. My question is of course the dollar/value versus quality for an engine around the .72 size. There is of course the Thunder Tiger option which is quite a bit cheaper than than the Saito or OS route. Thoughts anyone?

Regards,

Patrick.

Hi have Saito, OS, and Thunder Tiger,4 strokes the Saito and OS i have had no problems with the TT i have but i could have bought 2- TT,s for the price of the OS or Saito, I would go with the TT and dont stress it and oil it after each flying session and dont use Caster oil only synthetic like cool power.
