We've put links to a couple of interesting articles in the "who are we" section of this website. You can get to the page by clicking HERE and then click on the two links in the article. The first link shows the WRCS club field when it was a quarry, and then a film set. Big changes since then!

We hold club evenings on the first Tuesday of most alternate months at Belrose Bowls Club at 7:30pm. The dates change for our AGM in June, but the first Tuesday of Feb, Apr, Aug, Oct and Dec will see us there.

Our field has people flying most days, but is particularly busy on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. All members carry a key. If you wait at the gate off Morgan's Road, a member can let you in and show you the way to drive to the car park at the field. The gate has to remain locked as it is protecting a trail used by Rural Fire and Utility companies, amongst others. Generally around 8am on a Friday or Saturday, and around 9am on a Sunday (if the weather is fine) and you shouldn't need to wait too long. If you choose to walk, instead, the trail is easy to follow but it is about 1km or so in each direction so make sure you have the footwear and water for the journey!

If you would like to turn up at one of our big days, the 2 scale events each year are worth seeing, and we run a sausage sizzle with hot and cold drinks. Access is a bit easier on these days, and the dates are on our events page.

Visitors are always welcome. Please come along, have a walk around our sheds and meet our members. Oh, and feel free to ask as many questions as you like!
